Note that orders containing more than one item are given a processing time according to the item.

Prior to shipping before shipping, we'll inspect thoroughly the items you have ordered. Today, the majority orders will be sent within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3-7 days.

Returns

The inventory is constantly changing and we are unable to completely manage it due to the fact that many parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. Stocks can be changed at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock after your order has been made.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we're not able to provide a refund or an exchange.

Your item should be in the original packaging and be unused. It should also be in its original packaging.
